Please write to customer service at and request an RA number and form to fill out. The RA number must be written on outside of the package, any packages without one will be refused and return back to you.

Please give us 24-48 hours (Mon-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM PST) to respond to emails excluding weekends and holidays. During our site wide sales, replies may take longer. Please be patient as we are a small staff and we reply to our emails as we receive them. If you do not see a response within 48 hours please check your "spam" or "junk" mail as some email accounts will send emails that are not in the contact list to spam / junk mail. 

All returns or exchanges must be received back into our warehouse within 30 days of receiving your order.

All returned and exchanged items must be in unworn and in new condition. You must pack the original shoe box in another outside box as the original box must be in new intact condition. 

All items received back to us that are not in its original new condition and packaging which includes cleanliness, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee per item.

Shoes in worn condition will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Returns initiated, but not deemed after inspection resalable at full retail value - including pairs with scuffed outsoles, will not be processed. Customers will be notified and will be responsible for re-claiming their shoes. 

We do not reimburse for the return shipping to the warehouse.

We will ship your exchange back to you free of charge one-time only.

All items must be shipped back to the warehouse, the warehouse does not have public access. 

*Last Call / SALE items (any style that is marked down and not full priced) are eligible for a one-time courtesy exchange for size only (if the size is available). No returns will be accepted. Last Call items are a “FINAL SALE” and will not be restocked.


When a large order is placed and is returned for a refund within the 30 day return period (if the items were full priced without discount) there will be a restocking fee of 25% of the total order. Please understand that placing large orders for such a small brand like ours takes away the opportunity for us to offer these shoes to our customers. This takes almost a 30+ day turn around time as each pair of shoes need to be inspected and sanitized / cleaned and returned into stock for purchase again. Please be considerate when placing large orders as we really don't want to add this charge but is very unfair to us and our customers. 


All purchases made during these times are eligible for exchanges for size (only when the size is available), the item must be the same style and color. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED during these sales. 



All international exchanges will be shipped back to you via USPS / DHL international. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOM/ IMPORT TAXES FEES INCURRED.

We cannot reimburse customs fees for returns or exchanges. You may follow the procedure for recouping taxes and duties in the recipient country. If you would like more information regarding customs fees, please contact your local Postal Office.

All orders placed are a FINAL SALE / Unfortunately there are no returns or exchanges. There are no exceptions. 

Our brand focuses on creating shoes in small lots. Purchasing substantial orders for productions takes inventory from the common customer who purchases shoes for their personal joy. Please be courteous and thoughtful of merchandise when ordering.
